EPS-TOPIK 2026 Schedule and How to Register (By Country)
There is no single worldwide exam date
EPS-TOPIK does not have one global test date. HRD Korea announces separate rounds for each of the EPS sending countries, and each country's government sending agency runs registration locally. The official schedule list is published at epstopik.hrdkorea.or.kr, and every entry there is marked with its test format (CBT or UBT) and its own registration window (checked 2026-08-24). The page itself warns that "the following schedule can be changed", so treat every date as provisional until your local agency confirms it.
Examples from the official 2026 schedule (checked 2026-08-24)
- Kyrgyzstan, 14th recruitment (Bishkek and Osh): registration 2026-08-24 to 2026-08-28, exam date listed as undecided (CBT)
- Nepal, 5th recruitment (manufacturing, agriculture and livestock, forestry, service): registration and exam dates listed as undecided at the time of checking
- Indonesia: in 2026, G to G rounds included a special UBT round with registration 2026-02-10 to 2026-02-12 and general UBT rounds for manufacturing and fishery (source: kp2mi.go.id, checked 2026-08-24)
Because these change round by round, always confirm on the official schedule page and your national agency's announcement before planning.
How registration works
Registration is only accepted through your country's government sending agency, and in most countries it is now online (checked 2026-08-24):
- Nepal: online at eoers.epsnepal.gov.np, run by the EPS Korea Section, Department of Foreign Employment
- Indonesia: online at siskop2mi.bp2mi.go.id, run by the ministry for migrant worker protection (KemenP2MI, formerly BP2MI)
- Sri Lanka: through the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE), slbfe.lk
Registration windows are short — in recent rounds Nepal gave 7 days (2026-07-27 to 2026-08-02) and Indonesia about 3 days (2026-02-10 to 2026-02-12), both verified 2026-08-24 from official notices. Prepare your passport, photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, taken within 6 months, front view, no hat) and fee before the window opens. Your name and date of birth must exactly match your passport; the official application guide warns that a mismatch can block your entry to Korea later (source: epstopik.hrdkorea.or.kr, checked 2026-08-24).

No private academy, agent or individual can register you or move you up the list. If a date or fee you see anywhere (including here) differs from the official notice, the official notice is correct.
